How does planning with Cedar work?

Share your trip wish list → we design options → you approve → we book and manage the details. Easy.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Most packages (Disney, Universal, many resorts & cruises) are supplier-paid. Fully custom/complex itineraries (e.g., Europe with multiple cities/tours) may include a planning fee that we’ll confirm up front.

Is it more expensive to book through you?

No. We use the same or better publicly available rates and promos, and you get expert guidance plus ongoing support.

How do you get paid?

For most trips, the travel supplier pays us after your travel is completed. That’s why we can usually plan at no extra cost to you.

Can you price-match or reprice if a promo appears?

If the supplier allows it and your booking is eligible, we’ll apply a price match or reprice/promo—just ask!

What if I need to change or cancel?

Supplier terms apply. We’ll explain your options, handle the logistics, and minimize penalties where possible. Travel insurance can help cover losses.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes. It protects your investment and can cover trip interruption, medical emergencies, and more. We’ll send tailored quotes.
