Payment & Registration

• Registration is required to secure a spot and is nonrefundable.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on schedule to maintain participation.

• Failure to complete payments may result in loss of registration and any associated benefits.

• Registration may be transferable to another agent with written notice and approval.

Resort & Travel Arrangements

• Registration does not include airfare, resort accommodations, or transportation unless explicitly stated.

• Each agent is responsible for booking and managing their own travel arrangements.

• The agency is not responsible for missed flights, booking errors, or travel disruptions.

Roommates & Accommodations

• Agents are responsible for selecting their roommates and coordinating lodging arrangements.

• The agency is not responsible for roommate compatibility, cancellations, or payment disputes.

• Any changes to roommates must be updated in the designated tracking system (e.g., Google Sheet).
