What if I need help finding a roommate?
You can go to the sheet HERE and see if there are rooms that have open spots. You can also add your information to the second sheet if people are looking for someone to fill a spot.
Does my registration cover my resort and tickets?
No, registration covers the activities we will be doing during the trip. You can review the itinerary to see what’s included. We suggest using your complimentary TA ticket perk from Disney to avoid having to purchase a ticket for the in-park trainings.
Do I have to stay at Coronado Springs?
No, you can stay at any resort that you choose. We are recommending you stay in a tower view room at Coronado so we can all be near each other but any resort is perfectly fine!
Do we have a room block?
No, the current discounts and promotions available from Disney were a better rate than a group rate.
Can I bring my family?
You can bring your family, but all agency events are only open to agents. We recommend coming alone so you can take the time to learn and really grow your business!
Can I come late or leave early?
Absolutely! We would love to see you, even if it’s just for one day! Please note that we will not be able to prorate the trip fee if you are unable to attend certain parts.
