By enrolling in Cedar Travel's advertising program, I understand and agree to the following:

• Prompt Communication: I agree to respond to client inquiries and text messages as quickly as reasonably possible. If I cannot provide an immediate answer, I will acknowledge the client's message.

• Consistent Follow-Up: I agree to follow up daily with leads who stop responding while I am actively working to reconnect with them, unless the client requests otherwise. My follow-up will remain personal, helpful, and relevant.

• Proactive Sales Approach: I understand that I am responsible for keeping conversations moving by asking questions, making recommendations, and guiding potential clients through the booking process.

• Cedar Sales Approach: I agree to follow the Cedar Sales Approach by listening to clients' needs, confidently presenting my recommendations, and building genuine relationships rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.

• Lead Accountability: I understand that receiving advertising leads comes with the responsibility to actively communicate with and nurture those leads. I agree to make a consistent, good-faith effort to convert leads into bookings.

Lead Responsiveness & Reassignment: I understand that timely communication is essential when receiving advertising leads. If I fail to respond to a lead within 48 hours, Cedar Travel reserves the right to reassign that lead to the agency or another advisor to ensure the client receives timely service and support.
